New REN forms Available

The Residential Event Notification (REN) form that you should use when planning an overnight event with your girls has been updated.

You can find the new form, together with examples for residential event risk assessments that include COVID measures and other useful information about planning your event at the Girlguiding website.

Please note that your District Commissioner needs to receive your REN at least four weeks before the event. We recommend that you send it as early as possible – even if you need to update it later – so your DC can ask questions and check that everyone in your team has the right level of training recorded on GO, including Safe Space and First Response.

If you have any questions about the new REN forms, please contact our Residential Advisor, Diana Shinn at admin@girlguidingbath.org.uk.
