Anna McNuff is coming to Bath
Anna McNuff is a Girlguiding ambassador, adventurer and author. In June 2019, she set off to run the distance of 100 marathons (2,620 miles) through Britain – completely barefoot!
On her way, Anna will be passing through Bath, and will be speaking to Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Rangers about her adventure so far at this very special event.
Through Anna’s talk, the girls will be encouraged to greet new challenges head on, and to view each one as an opportunity to learn and to grow. Best of all, they will learn that with a little humour, a pinch of perspective and the right motivation, truly anything is possible.
Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Rangers from Bath and surrounding areas are invited to join us at The Forum in Bath City Centre to hear about Anna’s adventure.
Bring your unit
RSVP using the link below to tell us how many girls and volunteers from your unit will be coming.
You can download an information and consent form to use with your girls here.
We appreciate that this is quite an early start time and not all volunteers will be able to get there in time after work. If you are not able to take your group, please ask in the Division Facebook Group to see if there is another unit that your girls could accompany for the trip. Parents are very welcome to accompany their daughters if that helps you with you ratios.
If not, please pass on the details to the girls’ parents and encourage them to book as a family.
All volunteers and their family/friends are welcome too – the more the merrier!
