Bathford Brownies’ Christmas Play and Pantomime Trip

by | Jan 20, 2019

Bathford Brownies put on a performance of “T’was the night before Christmas” on Thursday 13th December. The Brownies had been rehearsing this Christmas play since the beginning of October and we are delighted to say the performance went really well.

Parents, siblings and other family members were invited and we also sold tea coffee and mince pies to raise money for Brownie funds. The play was adapted and directed by a Brownie parent Mrs Kate Bagnall, to whom we are extremely grateful.

To celebrate, on Saturday 5th January, 23 Brownies and former Brownies accompanied by 2 leaders and 5 parents enjoyed a matinee performance of “Peter Pan” at the Theatre Royal in Bath. We had a great time and enjoyed hearing our pack name shouted out by Jon Monie, who was playing Smee.
