16th Rainbows have been working on interest badges. Some examples were a family tree with leaves and forest plan for the construction badge.

16th Bath Rainbows made and decorated Pudsey Bear cakes for children in need.
9th Guides had a visit from one of the Girlguiding South West Region Ambassadors, Debbie who works in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Bath. 21st ascension Rainbows and Guides had a fun evening playing build your bonfire (build a beetle).
Guides and Rangers had a fab time volunteering at the Bath Half Marathon today. It was hard work but the guides, rangers and leaders agreed that the pizza afterwards was worth it!
1st Weston Rainbows really enjoyed doing the “wild side safari” activity and matching their personalities to an animal! This counts towards their Know Myself theme badge.

18th Brownies had a great time on paddle boards and in kayaks on the river in Newbridge. What a great way to spend a summer evening!
Guides and Brownies took to the streets of Bath as part of the Bath carnival. They waved and danced their way around for 2 hours dressed as bees, with crowds cheering all the way. Rainbows, Brownies and Guides enjoyed a morning preparing costumes and dance moves for Bath Carnival. If you’re coming along to watch the carnival on 8th May, please give us a wave! Any Girlguiding volunteers would be welcome to come along and join in the carnival procession. We have sunflower headbands available!
