What We Need From Leaders
By Sunday 15 February 2026, please let us know:
- Number of people attending (girls and adults)
- Allergy information (especially those relevant to marshmallows & hot chocolate)
- Any access requirements/special considerations
- Girls without photo permissions – this is a large scale event and parents must specify if their child cannot have photos taken at this event
- Emergency contact details need to be submitted to the folder emailed, by filling in the template (emailed). This will be passed on to a Home Contact for the day (details TBC).
Units need to ensure they have consent forms (emailed to units) for all participants under 18, cover their own ratios and bring a first aid kit.
On the day we will need volunteers to help with:
- Supervising games
- Campfire songs
- Parking marshalling
- Pouring hot chocolate
- Fire lighting and maintenance
If you can’t make it but you might be able to be a home contact, please reach out to Ella (divisioncommissioner@girlguidingbath.org.uk)
If you have any questions, please get in touch with Georgina (Guides@girlguidingbath.org.uk)
We look forward to celebrating World Thinking Day together!
