Accounts: getting ready for the end of the financial year!

Hi everyone,

We are approaching the end of the calendar year, and so beginning to think about end of year accounts.

The deadline for submitting accounts is 3 months from the end of the financial year for the unit. For the majority of units the end of year is 31st December so the deadline is 31st March. 

Please submit accounts to your section leads and cc the finance team. Please make sure all the information in the checklist is provided. 

If this is your first time doing accounts or just need some help, the finance team has created a cheat sheet to help. Do also email the finance team (finances@girlguidingbath.org.uk) to ask for help, it their job to do so!
