Last year the girls and volunteers had a great time dancing around the streets of Bath and we’d like to offer this opportunity again.

We’re looking for someone to coordinate our part of the Bath carnival procession which will be on Saturday 13th July.

This will involve:

Communicating with the carnival organisers to understand where we need to be, timings etc

Sending out information and consent forms

Asking for volunteers to support the procession (can be a mix of existing volunteers and parents).

Writing a risk assessment for the day and ensuring we have a home contact.

Being the main point of contact on the day.

This year we’d like to have a bigger group!
