New division structure feedback – save the date

Division exec have agreed a proposal for the future of the division.

We will be sharing this in writing at the end of half term and will also have online meetings and a drop in to talk through it and listen to your feedback.

The online meetings will be 19th and 21st February at 8pm, and the drop in will be in the morning on 24th February. More details will be emailed out with the proposals towards the end of half term. There will also be a survey for you to give feedback in a structured way.

Thank you to everyone who has been involved in the discussions so far. We hope that the change in structure will lead to better supported unit teams with more sustainable support roles in teams that can work together to take the pressure of a single person.
