NYA consultation on use of private dwellings in youth services

The National Youth Agency (NYA) has opened a consultation on use of private dwellings in youth services. There is a survey open for individuals involved in providing youth services to complete until 24th August, at www.nya.org.uk/consultation-launched-on-use-of-private-dwellings-in-youth-services. This is a way that any Girlguiding volunteer can have their say – we’re aware there are a range of views within the membership and it’s important the consultation reflects the full range of experiences.

The Safe Practice team at Girlguiding are in touch with NYA about the consultation. We want to make sure that the findings of the consultation are relevant and appropriate to the way Girlguiding delivers our services for girls and young women, and will keep us updated on next steps after the survey closing date.
