Don’t forget that your unit’s GO records must be up to date by 12 noon on 22nd February.

After this point, and girls or volunteers with a main role in your unit will appear on your annual subscription invoice.

If you have girls who have not been attending for some time, please make sure you have contacted their parents to check if they wish to continue being a member, and if not, end their role.

If you have volunteers who are no longer helping in your unit team, please contact your District Commissioner as soon as possible so that they can end their role on GO for you. Remember that your DC is a volunteer too, and can’t always make these kinds of changes at very short notice, so the earlier you can let her know, the better!

If you are concerned that your unit will not be able to cover the full cost of your subscriptions invoice, please contact your DC. There are Division grants and loans available, and your DC will be able to help you apply for these, if necessary.
