Our county, Somerset North, have confirmed that there will be a refund of £3.30 per member in the Spring based on the number of members on subscription invoices.
The refund will be sent out to divisions to then send on to units. We’ll request some basic information at the time. This will include details of your bank account and signatories – information we need to make sure all units are compliant with the finance policy. We’ll also need to see your subscription invoice (an email of the pdf or screen shot is fine) to confirm the number of members to refund you for.
There will be reminders closer to the time but we’re letting you know now so that you can make sure you have the details ready. Final invoices will be ready on 22nd February so please don’t send anything through before then.
