thank you celebration – let us know you’re coming

A reminder that you are invited to an afternoon of cake and activities to celebrate you, our amazing volunteers.

Let us know you can make it by Sunday 15th August.

Every volunteer in the Division is welcome and we hope it will be a chance to meet old guiding friends as well as get to know some new faces. The highlight of the afternoon will be the presentation of long service awards to recognise the amazing years of commitment undertaken by many of our volunteers.

Please RSVP by using this form by 15th August.

Date: Sunday 12th September 2.30 – 4.30pm

Location: St Alphege’s Church Hall, Oldfield Lane, Bath BA2 3NR

More details and your “ticket” will be sent through after 15th August.

The organising committee are working hard to make sure that the event in enjoyable and relaxing, and part of this is carefully considering how to make the event as covid safe as possible. St Alphege’s Hall is an airy room with high ceilings and we will make sure it is well ventilated and make use of the outdoor space.

Please note, there’s no need to RSVP if you are unable to attend.
