This volunteers week, I would like to thank all of you for everything you do for the girls in Bath and for Girlguiding!

 

Despite all of the recent challenges, it has been inspiring to see so many units continuing to meet online and finding imaginative ways to keep in touch with the girls and offer them fun guiding experiences at home.

I know some of you have been working hard as key workers or to keep your businesses going during this difficult time, leaving less time for guiding. I want you to know that we really appreciate everything you are doing and we’re really looking forward to seeing you again when ‘normality’ is restored.

Unfortunately, the current social distancing restrictions mean that we can’t hold any events at the moment to celebrate individual achievements and long service milestones together. However, as soon as we can we will organise a get together with plenty of cake!

On behalf of the whole Bath Division team, I hope you all stay safe and look forward to seeing you all again soon!
