Guide Mentors Needed

We have lots of new Guide volunteers who would like to do their Leadership Qualification, which is fantastic news! However, we currently have a shortage of Guide mentors in the Division.

We are looking for Guide leaders who could help to mentor these new volunteers and help them to gain their Leadership qualification.

A mentor does not need to be a fountain of all knowledge – just a friendly face who has achieved a Girlguiding qualification and would like to help others do the same!

There is a short elearning training that will help get you started, and you will by fully supported by our lovely Division LQ Coordinator, Liz.

If you would like to know more about mentoring to help you decide whether this role is for you, then click the link below to do the elearning. This will take between 20-30 minutes.

If you think you can help support a new volunteer through their LQ, please email qualifications@girlguidingbath.org.uk and Liz will be very happy to answer any questions and help you get started!
