Brownies enjoy Magic and Mayhem

Brownies from Bath joined over 2,000 girls creating Magic and Mayhem at Girlguiding’s biggest event for girls aged 5-10.

Girls from 40th Bath (St. Saviour’s) Brownies took part in adventurous activities at Magic and Mayhem at Foxlease, Girlguiding’s activity centre near Lyndhurst in Hampshire on 8-9 June. The activities included climbing, archery, science experiments, dancing, juggling and singing around a campfire.

After adventuring all day, the Rainbows and Brownies camped together under a giant big top tent. For many girls this was their first night away from home as part of Girlguiding.

We all had a brilliant time. A big thank you to Adult Leaders Lesley and Lucy Allen who accompanied us – and are still probably sleep deprived!
