Brownies Behind the Scenes at Sainsbury’s

9th Bath (Beechen Cliff) Brownies learnt how to eat well during a trip to Sainsbury’s at Odd Down, where staff took them behind the scenes to learn more about the supermarket.

The girls were split into two groups, and each group did the following activities:

  • Completing an activity about healthy eating – categorising food from the shopfloor and creating healthy meals
  • Completing a treasure hunt around the store, answering questions and looking for words to solve a riddle.

The girls also had a tour ‘behind the scenes’, which was interesting. The evening finished with Brownie Bells in the training room. Sainsbury’s very kindly gave each Brownie a goody bag on their way out.
