Roman Bath Sleepover

After the museum closed we continued our activities inside the museum with the lovely Matt and Emma our Workshop Leaders (supplied by the museum). After all this ‘hard’ work the Roman Baths supplied luxury hot chocolate and cookies for supper before we made our beds. We slept in the ticket hall under the beautiful chandelier – yes we did get some sleep!! The following morning, after an early start and clearing up before the museum staff started to arrive, we ate breakfast and continued with our activities. This included dressing up in togas. Before leaving we all met in the amphitheatre where we renewed our promises and two new leaders took their promise for the first time. We thanked Matt and Emma for their support and gave thank you gifts.
