Bath Guide HQ has two meeting rooms, a small kitchenette and a toilet, making it the ideal base for city centre activities, unit team and District meetings.
The two meeting rooms available for use by units in Bath Division free of charge.
Please use the form on this page to select the room and date you would like to book, and choose either the morning (09:00), afternoon (13:00) or evening (18:00) time slot.

You will receive a confirmation email. You will need to get in touch with your District Commissioner to borrow a key so you can access the building on the day of your booking.

We will arrange for a keyholder to greet you and provide access the building on the day of your booking.
When you book a room with us we will ask you to provide your contact details so that we can talk to you about your booking so we can make sure everything goes smoothly for you. We will not use your information for any other purpose.
We will keep information about room bookings for one year.
