It’s all been quiet on the restructuring front but there has been a lot going on in the background to get things ready. We had a great discussion at division exec (the meeting of our trustees and advisors) recently and have decided to go ahead with the changes.
We will be gradually handing over responsibilities over the summer and there is still some work to do behind the scenes to get things up and running. We hope that everything will be set up by the beginning of September.
I’m pleased to say that most roles have been filled and a big thank you to everyone who has come forward. I have a few people still to speak to so if you put yourself forward for a role, please be patient. As we get email addresses set up, I’ll add these and make sure updates are shared.
We still have a few gaps to fill (some as part of a job share) so I’ll be advertising these, but the main ones are more people to join the events team, and people to do the finance admin roles. Please think whether you or someone you know would be a good fit.
Please can you check that your personal details are up to date on Go, including your address and phone number. We sent out some thanks cards and vouchers last year and some addresses were a very long way from Bath!
