Girlguiding Somerset North are pleased to confirm we will be attending Pride in Weston this year for UK Pride.

We are looking for expressions of interest for three different areas that members can get involved. This can be as a unit or an individual.

Friendship Bracelets:
We would like to put out an appeal for Friendship bracelets to give out to those attending Pride, to share the friendship we all experience through Girlguiding. These could be done in any style you wish.
If you or your unit are interested in helping please get in touch.

Pride parade in Weston:
We are looking for members who would like to attend the Pride parade on 1st July. This is open to all members of all sections, however Rainbows will need to attend with parents as we will not have enough leaders to safely monitor them. Those wishing to attend must register by the 21st May.

Pride stall
We are also looking for members aged 13+ To volunteer to run the stall within pride. We are currently looking for interested numbers, and once we have these more details can be confirmed.
