The SS Great Britain has a range of free to borrow STEM activity loan boxes. These boxes contain everything your group would need to carry out an activity, right down to the glue, paper and scissors. There are 3 to choose from:

• Blast Off Box: children can create and launch paper rockets high into the air using an air pressure rocket launcher.
• Boat Afloat Box: experiment with propeller driven boats, the box even contains a tank for you to test the boats in, all you’ll need to add is the water!
• Night Sky and Navigation Box: contains everything you need for your group to make their own sextants and discover your latitude. Why not tie it in with the Skills Builder around navigation?
