There are lots of enquiries currently sitting in GO that are “new” or “contacted” from 2021. This may be because unit leaders can’t commit to a start date and didn’t think they could be added to a waiting list without it. In fact, not having a start date is often preferable as it avoids disappointment if things don’t quite work out as planned!
