Girlguiding wants to put members at the centre of innovations that will make our Girlguiding experience even better.

If you would like the opportunity to be part of future research and projects to improve things for volunteers, parents and girls, you can join the Insight and Innovation pool.

As a member of the insight and innovation pool, Girlguiding might ask you about what we can do to help reduce the administrative burden, how we can evolve the new programme or help revise policies.

You will be asked to complete short online surveys or may be invited join a consultation session to talk about an issue that is of interest to you. All surveys and consultation meetings and are completely optional, so you are always in control of how much time you give, and they don’t come up too often so you won’t get spammed!

The Insight and Innovation pool is also open to girls and parents, so please share the details with anyone you think would like to take part.
