Each unit needs to provide a copy of their unit accounts to their district commissioner once a year so that we can make sure the charity’s money is being used properly and offer help to units that are struggling financially.

A number of units have yet to submit their accounts for 2018. If yours is one of them, please send them in as soon as possible.

If you are worried about your unit accounts, please ask your district commissioner for help. They will be able to work through any problems with you and help you to get everything set up so you can keep on top of your unit accounts in the future. They can also help you to recruit a unit treasurer, if you are not able to do the accounts yourself.

We don’t want anyone to worry about doing their unit accounts. Help is available, so please just ask!
