We are pleased to announce that the 2020 Avon County Jamboree will be held at the North Somerset Showground, Wraxall, Bristol, BS48 1NE from Friday 22nd to Monday 25th May 2020.

The Jamboree will be open to all members of Avon Scouting, Girlguiding Bristol and South Gloucestershire and Girlguiding Somerset North from Beavers and Rainbows to Rangers and Network. It is an event you don’t want to miss so make sure to add the date to your diaries now!

The organising team are recruiting for the following roles to help make the role a success:

  • Content Lead
  • Guest Services Assistant
  • Day Visitors Co-Ordinator
  • Daytime Activities Co-Ordinator (On site)
  • Daytime Activities Co-Ordinator (Off site)
  • Evening Activities Co-Ordinator
  • Programme Co-Ordinator
  • Health & Saftey Manager
  • Head of Media
  • Sub Camp Lead (x5)

If you believe that you can bring your skills and knowledge to the team, or would just like to be involved either “at the coal face” or “behind the scenes” then we want to hear from you. Find out more and apply here.
