We are delighted to introduce Maddy Brett – our new Bath University Guide and Scout Society rep for the 2018 – 2019 academic year.

I have always enjoyed walking on Dartmoor and I hope to start on my mountain leader qualification shortly. I regularly​ help out at 50th (Bathford) Guides as well as volunteering at local events with BUGS.[/quote]

If you are a student at the University of Bath and could like to find out more about what BUGS get up to, please email Maddy at su-bugs@bath.ac.uk. The BUGS team are also hoping to help students at Bath Spa University start a new Student Scout and Guide Organisation (SSAGO) group, so if you are interested in helping to get that kick started, please get in touch with Maddy.

Maddy will be representing student volunteers at the Bath Division Executive. If you have an idea or an issue which affects students that you think we need to be discussing on the Exec, please let Maddy know so she can help us to plan and support all of our amazing student volunteers.
