As of Friday 30 November 2018, the membership systems team will no longer be accepting historic role and qualification requests.

If you believe that a historic role or qualification is missing from your GO record, please send the following information to membershipsystems@girlguiding.org.uk, with the subject: Historic Roles/Qualifications. 

Historic Roles

For historic roles, please send:

• Role held
• Name of unit/district/division
• Level number
• Date from
• Date to

 

Historic Qualifications

For historic qualifications, please send:

• Qualification name
• Module name (if any)
• Completion date

As historic role/qualification updates can only be added during the system maintenance period, there can be at least a two week wait for this information to be updated. The Membership Systems team will acknowledge your email and let you know when they expect the record to be updated.
