There are only three days to go before the new programme is officially launched on Saturday 21st July.

To celebrate, we holding an open day at the Bath Guide Shop from 10am – 3pm so you can all come along to see the new programme materials, pick up your unit new programme pack, and chat about the new programme over coffee and cake.

To help you get started, each unit will receive a new programme starter pack from Somerset North County. These will include:

  • Unit Meeting Activity Cards
  • Skills Builder Cards
  • Two copies of your section’s new handbook
  • Two copies of your section’s badge and award books
  • One copy of each of the handbook for the sections on either side of you (e.g. a Brownie leader will receive one Rainbow handbook and one Guide handbook)
  • A set of example badges

These packs will give you everything you need to get started with the new programme, and are a gift from Betty Charters, who left a generous legacy to Somerset North County. The packs will be available for you to collect from the Bath Guide Shop on 21st July.

Please pop in any time between 10am and 3pm to say hello, collect your pack and find out more about the exciting new programme!
