We are all good at collecting emergency contact information for the girls, but what happens if something happens to one of us as volunteers during a Girlguiding meeting or event?
Please can ALL volunteers log into GO and and add an emergency contact to your own GO record, so we know who to contact if there is a problem during a meeting.
You need to:
1. Log into GO
2. Click on your name in the top right hand corner
3. Select “My Guiding Preferences”
4. Add your emergency contact information (you can add up to two emergency contacts)
5. Click “Update”
It takes just two minutes, and will give everyone peace of mind during Girlguiding events.
If you have any problems logging into GO, please contact your District Commissioner, who can add your emergency contact information to your record for you.
