New Rainbow Unit in Twerton

We are delighted to announce that we will be launching a new Rainbow unit in Twerton!

25th Bath (St Michael’s) Rainbows will be meeting at St Michael’s and All Angels Church in Twerton from January 2018. Do you know a girl who would like to join the fun?

Friends of Guiding Soup and Puds Event

Somerset North Friends of Guiding are organising a Soup and Pud event on Tuesday 28th November, which is open to all. This was a really good event last year with home made soups, rolls and lots of different puds. Book your ticket now!

First Response Training

In The Dark Evening

This post includes a selection of activities that could be used as part of an ‘In the Dark’ themed evening. Requiring very little preparation and few materials, ‘In the Dark’ is a great winter meeting theme or to mark Earth Hour.

Georgian Bath Evening: Part 2

This ready made evening plan will enable you to take your girls on a guided walk around Bath city centre. Starting at Bath Guide HQ, the walk takes in the Assembly Rooms, Circus and Royal Crescent.

Georgian Bath Evening: Part 1

Bath is famous as a Georgian city. This evening of activities gives the girls a taste of life as a member of the Georgian aristocracy in the 18th Century, including the main activities the took place at the Assembly Rooms in the Card Room, Ballroom and Tea Room. Suitable for all sections.

Bath Guide HQ

Bath Guide HQ has two meeting rooms, a small kitchenette and a toilet, making it the ideal base for city centre activities, unit team and District meetings.

Units in Bath Division can use Bath Guide HQ free of charge. Visit during Guide Shop opening hours to book the date you require in the HQ calendar, and contact your District Commissioner to borrow a key.

Borrowing Division Resources

To borrow any Division resources, visit the Bath Depot Shop during opening hours or contact your District Commissioner to gain access to HQ.
 
Please Note:
 

  • All items should be signed out and signed back in again upon return.
  • If you are borrowing electronic equipment, please ensure it is fully charged and replace any batteries that are running low.
  • Any damages or problems with any of these resources should be reported to your District Commissioner.
